Let me introduce you to baby who redeemed his whole town for me! In my time as a newborn photographer, I’ve photographed about 150 babies. Out of all of those babies, I’ve only had two times when the baby was having such a rough day that I had to come back to try again for newborn photos on another day. It happens so rarely so I really don’t mind doing whatever it takes to make sure the family has photos they love, but it’s much more convenient for everyone if we can get the photos done in one day. Anyway, I couldn’t help noticing that both of the times this happened, we were in Greeley. I live in Fort Collins (about 45 minutes from Greeley) and I’ve only done maybe 3 or 4 newborn sessions in Greeley total, so when Henry’s mom told me they lived in Greeley, I was a little nervous that the trend might continue!
It turns out that I had nothing to worry about, because Henry was a total champ for his newborn session! Such a sweet and chill baby, and so handsome too! I loved meeting him and his family and really enjoyed taking their photos. They wanted more of a lifestyle type session, so we focused more on family shots and a few simple photos of Henry on his own. I love the photos we got and I’m happy to have had another successful photo shoot in Greeley! 🙂
