This family has been good friends of ours for many years, so it’s always fun to have an excuse to spend time with them and get some smiles out of their boys. We had a good time exploring the trails, walking on the bridge, throwing rocks in the water, and taking some family photos along the way!
We were about to head back up to the trail after spending some time down near the water when I saw this gorgeous light peeking through the trees. Luckily, their little guy was up for some cuddling with mom and dad in that perfect spot!
We were losing light fast near the end of our session, but we got one of my favorite shots of the night in this field just as the sun was going down.
