Before I started doing photography, my impression of a “maternity photo session” was something really cheesy with lots of silly props. So when I started out, I wasn’t sure that I wanted to offer maternity sessions because I didn’t really “get” them. Every time I do them though, I like them more and more, and I feel like I’ve been able to find a style for these sessions that I really love. This session, I LOVE! It had been a rainy week in Fort Collins, but we managed to pick the most gorgeous evening with beautiful sunshine. I had a great time getting to know this sweet couple and can’t wait to meet their little guy soon!
