Since I mainly serve young families who can’t always drive 2 hours into the mountains in the evenings and expect to have happy kids, I’ve been on a search for more photo shoot locations that really have a Colorado mountain feel without going too far into the mountains. When I visited this spot with my own kids a couple of months ago, I knew it would be a great location for mountain photos! I appreciated this family’s willingness to try out a new spot with me and their flexibility when we had to take a break for some rain to pass. Their fun-loving little boy and beautiful baby girl did a great job hanging in there through the rain and we got some beautiful photos of life as it is for them now. Here are few of my favorites!
