Well, this might be my new favorite thing! We decided to move this extended family session indoors at the last minute when the weather was too cold, and it was definitely the right call! Somehow moving it indoors also turned into including lots of sugar in the session with gingerbread house decorating and a cake smash for the almost one-year-old. The gingerbread portion of the session was just so much fun! I love the authentic interactions, love, and fun personality that came out of doing an activity together like that, and I think the kids had a blast. The littlest guy put on a great show for his cake smash too, and big sister got to dive in after he was done!
