I met little Miya and her mom in their Fort Collins home on a sunny Tuesday afternoon and had such a fun and peaceful mini newborn session with them! Miya was wide awake when I arrived, but she decided photo time would be a good time to take a nap and slept well through the whole session. Another client recently commented on how they’ve noticed that I manage to catch a smile from almost every baby I photograph. It’s true! With a combination of knowledge and patience, I can usually catch those fleetly, sleepy smiles almost every time. I was starting to think that I wouldn’t get one from Miya, but she was saving the perfect smile for the very end of her session when she was in her mama’s arms. 🙂 Here are a few of my favorite photos from Miya’s newborn session!
