Here is another family photo session shot in beautiful Carbondale, Colorado. This family was so fun! Mom and dad did a great job making the session fun for their kids with plenty of play mixed in with sitting still and smiling. 
Their little guy took it upon himself to carry the basket of apples everywhere we went. He took his job very seriously and occasionally helped himself to a few samples. 🙂
The best thing about this next shot was that it was directed by their daughter. “Mommy, you hug daddy. Now daddy, kiss mommy’s head.” I think I’d like to hire her to be my assistant! 
And then when she was done with her assistant duties, she could model for me (because isn’t she adorable?). It would be a perfect arrangement!
