When I do photo shoots in Rocky Mountain National Park, I can’t always promise that we’ll be able to use any exact location, but I can promise that, wherever we end up, the views will be spectacular! I’ve had a few times when the spot that we planned to use was occupied by elk or moose or even just a lot of other photographers! This time, we arrived at the spot we were planning to use and found that it was closed due to elk, so we ended up going on a bit of an adventure! We ended up going to three different spots that I had never used for photos before, and I love all the beauty and variety that we found. I’m grateful for a closed trail that led me to find a few new beautiful spots in the park!
