With the amazingly warm days we’ve had in Fort Collins these last couple of weeks, I’m so glad I’ve had the chance to do a few outdoor photo sessions! There’s honestly not much I’d rather do on a sunny evening than meet a sweet family at a beautiful natural area and take photos for them. I really like using this riverbed area for winter photos because I feel like it still has some character even when there’s not a leaf to be found.
This family is extra special to me because they are my brother and sister in law and little nephew! They’re expecting a baby girl in March and we all are pretty excited. I’ve already offered to be her personal shopper. 😉 Speaking of clothes, I love how mom chose to highlight pink in their wardrobe as a nod to the baby girl. While this was technically a maternity session, we did some photos of just big brother too because it had been a while and well, he’s pretty adorable. I can’t wait to meet his baby sister in just one month! Here are few of my favorite shots from their session.
